The Deacon ministry is under the leadership of the Pastor Henderson and the Chairman is Deacon Kevin Owen. The mission of the Deacon Ministry is to provide spritual support for the Pastor and the Christian Way congregation in the services, programs, ministries and every church activity.
The Deaconess ministry is under the guidance of the Pastor and Deacons their Chairperson is Robin Owens. The mission of the Deaconess Ministry is to meet the needs of the Christian Way Baptist Church caring and assisting the needs of the overall congregation in the services, programs, ministries and every church activity

The Christian Way Church School Ministry mission is the education and spiritual growth of the church members through Bible Study. To develop a greater understanding and commitment to Jesus that will provide greater support to the church and community at large.
